Facilities
Racecourse Beach Tourist Park has undergone a major upgrade in 2010. The completed work includes a huge new playground, the largest on the south coast, a new kids club and activity centre, a new basketball and tennis court, a revamped entrance to the park, a new reception and administration area, as well as a convenience store. Racecourse also boasts a 25 metre saltwater swimming pool with a toddler's pool at one end and a mini golf course for the budding golfing enthusiast. The gardens at Racecourse have also been beautifully landscaped!
Children (and adults) are welcome to bring their bicycles and scooters and the roadways within the park make for excellent riding. Sorry...but we do not permit skateboards or rip-sticks.
